Media
Promotion Enterprises was founded in 1971 as a full-service entertainment company
which serves a host of distinguished clients including fairs, festivals, conventions,
concerts, and special events. The firm books and produces quality performances
throughout the United States as well as in Bermuda and Canada.
In
an industry that is highly competitive, M P E stands out as a firm that offers
support services beyond the traditional booking function. These services include
promotional consultation, advertising packages, press releases, publicity packets,
audio and video planning, a management symposium entitled "Getting the Most
Out of Your Entertainment Dollars," and strategies for staging effective
publicity campaigns. After all "Promotion" is our middle name. Over
the years, M P E founder Bill Heaberlin has become widely recognized throughout
the entertainment industry, receiving numerous awards and commendations for his
service. He is a past president of the International Theatrical Agencies Association
and is the author of that body’s highly acclaimed code of ethics. He served as
a Congressional spokesperson for fairs and festivals in the industry-wide lobbying
effort to oppose pending legislation that would be highly detrimental to all purchasers
of talent.
MPE has also produced numerous fund-raising
events, free of charge, for a number of needy charitable organizations. As concerned
corporate citizens, the firm has offered its personnel, expertise, and contacts
to deserving efforts. With key department heads and
a large adjunct staff, M P E has become a major purveyor of entertainment and
production services, rooted in tradition but focused on the future. |
