and all of the things that are not on stage but are nonetheless necessary for
an effective and efficient presentation.
Many of the items included in
this category are included in Artist contracts.
They
typically represent the source of overruns, problems, and frustrations for events.
Knowing what a particular artist really needs, as opposed to what they
request, is part of our expertise.

Site
/ Venue Surveys:
Answers the question: "Can
this happen here?"
Event Design & Layout:
This includes scheduliing and programming the event, taking
care of
Artist Recommendations, purveyor selection
(Stage, Sound, Lights, etc.), as
well as taking care of all staffing needs.
Technical
Advances:
This includes all advances with the Artists & Management,
Purveyors, and the Venues.
Flow Charts:
These are an intrigal part of the show and provide a detailed
event schedule,
contact information, and directions to all
show related destinations.
Trucking:
This includes the arragement
of all trucking of supplies.
Ground Transportation:
Vans, Sedans, Busses, Trucks for use by the artist, crew, and staff.
Lodging:
We take care of all lodging arrangements for the artist, crew,
and
staff. No more getting stuck under a tent!
Catering
/Craft Services:
Everyone eats a hot meal. Catering may be provided
for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the artist, crew, and staff.
Hospitality
may include meals and snacks based on the artist, staff,
and crew needs. Craft
services are available for special events
Set
Design and Dressing:
All the necessaties on and off stage including
skirting, towels & water,
bunting, flags, balloons, props, risers, set
pieces, and even the kitchen sink.
Site Fixtures:
On-site
items not to be left out include pipe & drape, tents, seating,
bleachers,
tables, heaters, porta-johns, barricades, and fencing to name a few.
